Group training is the foundation of what we do here at Crossfit Thurnderdome. We provide your exercise programming (warm-up, workout, and skill work) as well as instruction and supply all the necessary equipment and tracking for progress and performance. The workouts are different everyday (constantly varied) providing a foundational preparedness for life and all forms of athletic activities. It also keeps it fun and fresh for everyone.
